#2 Is the Ivee Sock suitable for diabetics, pregnant women, or nursing mothers?
No. The skin of pregnant women and nursing mothers is more sensitive than it normally is, for this reason it is not recommended that this product be used during a period of pregnancy or nursing. People with poor circulation or diabetes should also be wary and consult a G.P before trying new podiatric products.
#3 Can people with sensitive skins use this product?
No. Unfortunately the natural ingredients present in the Ivee Foot Mask can cause irritation for people who suffer from sensitive skins, especially those sensitive to alcohol.

#7 How should I use the Ivee Foot Mask?
Starting with clean dry feet, remove the mask from its packaging and slip the socks over your feet. Leave for 60 to 90 minutes depending on foot condition and then remove the socks and wash with soap and water.

#8 How long does it take for the exfoliation process to start?
Dead skin will begin to peel from your feet between 3-7 days after application. The more callus build up on the feet the longer it may take for the exfoliation process to start.
#9 I am unsure as to whether I should wear ivee exfoliating socks for 60 or 90 minutes?
This depends on the foot condition.
For best results we recommend wearing ivee exfoliating socks for 90 minutes if you have large callus build up on your feet.
You can wear Ivee exfoliating socks for 60 minutes if your foot condition is fair with only little callus build up, or upon repeat application to prevent further hardening and coarsening.
#10 I am experiencing a cold, tingling sensation during application, is it normal?
Yes. It is normal to experience a cold, tingling sensation during application.
However, if your skin becomes irritated during application, remove the socks immediately and wash feet. If irritations persists, seek medical advice.
#11 How long does it take for the exfoliation process to end?
Normally, the peeling process should end within approximately 2 weeks of application. This will vary by individual dependant upon skin condition.
#12 Will my feet be very sensitive after using the Ivee Sock Style Foot Mask?
The possible high level of exfoliation during the first few days following treatment will likely mean an increase in sensitivity during this period. Day to day routine won’t be effected but be we do not recommend prolonged exercise during the first few days.
#13 Can I still sunbathe after using this product?
While you can continue with you normal daily routine, during the first week of the exfoliating process it is recommended that you do not expose your feet to direct sunlight so as to protect the newly exposed rejuvenated baby soft skins.
#14 Is this product suitable for a person with cracked heels?
Depending on the severity of the cracked heels the Ivee sock can still be used. The natural fruit acids present in the gel can cause irritation within the cracks, for severe cases we do not suggest that you use this product as the irritation may be too uncomfortable.
#15 Are ivee exfoliating socks re-usable?
No. Unfortunately the lotion contained within the socks is effective for single use only.
